Tomahawk Lake News

Tomahawk Lake Association hosts two events per year to raise awareness and funds for the on-going operation of TLA.  In early summer, we host our annual wine tasting party.  The location changes each year and allows TLA members to see a new and different property on the lake.  We hold a silent auction with all proceeds benefiting TLA.

On the July 4th weekend, we host the Hermit Island Swim challenge.  This event is held at Ohlmstead Island, and includes a swim, kayak or stand-up paddle board race around the island.  There are winners for each category.  Fund raising for TLA comes in the form of Buoy sponsorships that mark the course, as well as t-shirt sales and general donations.

If you are interested in joining us for either event, please contact Margo Oppenheim.
